Co-founding the Trust alongside Rashid Nadwi, Munawwar Hassan oversees humanitarian relief projects including child school sponsorships, monthly emergency ration distribution, free eye checkup camps, and verified Zakat disbursement across Delhi NCR slum clusters.
Munawwar Hassan established IQRA Welfare Trust with a core mission: to ensure that no child in Delhi NCR is denied education due to poverty, and no family sleeps hungry or suffers without basic medical care. Under his stewardship, IQRA Welfare Trust operates directly in underprivileged areas such as Madanpur Khadar, Shaheen Bagh, Okhla, and surrounding slum settlements.
